Horizon Health Foundation welcomed David Close of Lake Preston, SD; and Cheryl Havermann of Elk Point, SD; to the Foundation’s Board of Directors. Secretary/Treasurer Kelli Koepsell of Canova, SD; transitioned into the role of Board Chair. She replaces Pat Maroney of Sioux Falls, SD, who will remain as a member.
