Sharon Egleston, a nurse at Horizon’s Mission Community Health Center has touched many lives over the course of her career.

It started like any other normal doctor visit. Warren came into the Howard Community Health Clinic in late 2012 for his regular check-up appointment. Life would change quickly for him.

You can typically find Monte Albrecht tackling opponents on the football field or going for the pin on the wrestling mat, but seven years ago he had to tackle a much different scenario – his mother’s battle with breast cancer.

With a smile that could light up the room and a bright personality, Stephanie Williams would have been 42 years old in April, but cancer had other plans.
