100% of all proceeds support Horizon Health Foundation’s Coronavirus relief efforts including purchasing desperately needed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for Horizon Health Care staff.

The face shield Stearns is wearing in the photo costs $5.00 per use. Horizon currently uses over 50 a day while operating 32 clinics in 22 communities across the state of South Dakota. Your $75 raffle ticket provides 15 of these face shields for Horizon clinicians who are providing medical, dental and mental health care across the state.
